Sustainability is important to us. We make sure to recycle and upcycle our samples from previous collections. Our Button Down skirt has been reworked into a cropped top that is one size fits all.

I am tired of boring workwear.
In 2019, I was working in the NYC fashion/art world. I wanted clothing that represented my imagination and desire to be different. It all started with a sketch, dreaming up some designs that I would personally love to wear. I've always felt a little mischievous, and I wanted my designs to reflect that. I knew people out there must be feeling the same way, so my goal became to create something I had not seen before, which remains my goal today.
A grateful thank you to those who believed in my designs and followed along from my very first post when Business Policies was just "The Button Down." An idea. I look forward to sharing this launch and many more collections that will change our perspective on workwear together.

We embrace slow fashion by thoughtfully creating designs in small, limited quantities. Although the only way to truly be sustainable is by wearing nothing, our packaging and fabric choices are all selected with sustainability in mind.

The inspiration behind Three by Zito is the feeling of power that comes with living and dressing differently. Exploring designs that play with the various elements of work attire, each look is a nod (or smirk) to corporate life.
